Responsible for providing indirect guidance to others and to provide project specific management to others. + Responsible to perform demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of the facility equipment to cover all trades including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, pneumatic tube, painting, + carpentry and associated systems in accordance with departmental, hospital and regulatory agency codes. + Specific duties include maintaining facilities and equipment in hospital or clinic environment. + May be scheduled to work various work shifts and weekends to meet the needs of the hospital not necessarily + within the craft lines. + May require travel to perform necessary maintenance work at other BCHS facilities. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Why BayCare?** Our network consists of 16 community-based hospitals, a long-term acute care facility, home health services, outpatient centers and thousands of physicians.
