Required Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderAbility to read/write/speak EnglishAbility to work with variety of hand toolsMust be able to understand and use blueprints, schematics, and installation/operation manuals to install and repair equipmentExtensive knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical principlesAbility to work flexible hours and shiftsAccuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessityMust be a self-starter and have good communication skillsMust be a team player, but also must be able to work well aloneSpecific eye requirements: No contact lenses allowed in engine room when welding or electrical troubleshooting and repair

Preferred Qualifications

Previous production or maintenance experienceFour years maintenance experiencePrevious Cargill experienceWork history in the past 12 monthsMust have knowledge of OSHA regulations governing this areaCandidates should be currently enrolled or have completed an apprenticeship program or have an equivalent educational backgroundExperience in solid state controls and devices including PLC. frequency drives and HIM. is a plus
