This position inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper functioning, follows established procedures, and receives daily instruction on work tasks. Other tasks include assisting other trades as needed to maintain the facility and ensuring all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and effectively. **The value you'll bring to the team:** + Assists in the operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems. + Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs. + Keeps current on maintenance logs and documentation. + Manages and maintains tools and equipment in good working condition. + Collaborates with other departments to ensure maintenance tasks do not interfere with operations.
