Principal Accountabilities

Learn maintenance and reliability practices to ensure all assets are maintained in safe condition while continuing to ensure the life of the equipment being usedComplete preventative, predictive and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facility under general guidanceHave a basic understanding or are trained on operating standard maintenance tools such as power tools, basic hand tools, electric tools, precision maintenance tools and preventative maintenance technology toolsUnderstand or learn at least one maintenance trade and components (i.e. electrical, welding, pipefitting, fabrication, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping systems, mechanical maintenance and hydraulic and pneumatic systems)Modify by reading step by step instructions in either electrical or mechanical schematics, blueprints and operation manualsDocument completed work and the conditions found utilizing maintenance computer software and interact regularly with peers and managementOperate forklifts and scissor lifts from designated locations with little variationOther duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishAbility to work with a variety of hand toolsMust be able to work weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

Maintenance experience and electrical maintenance
