**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires flexibility to train on the first shift (7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday) before transitioning to the second shift (3pm - 11pm, Monday to Friday), which will be your primary schedule. Your main goal will be to minimize equipment downtime during production hours through effective maintenance and repair. **Responsibilities** + Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance tasks. + Troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure smooth operation. + Conduct emergency equipment repairs and minor facility work. + Focus primarily on production line equipment such as conveyors, tanks, filling machines, packing machines, and stacking machines. + Perform mechanical work involving pumps, motors, and valves. + Conduct electrical troubleshooting with PLCs. + Handle facility maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs and repairing door handles. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in maintenance and troubleshooting. + Experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems. + Ability to perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance. + Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems. + Experience with conveyor systems and industrial maintenance. + Skill in PLC control and troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience. + Skills in welding, installation, service, blueprint reading, field service, installation, fabrication, and schematic interpretation. **Why Work Here?** Join our dynamic team and enjoy working in a clean, state-of-the-art facility.
