Night Shift: Monday- Friday 10pm - 6:30am
Job Purpose:
Responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance, alongside effective troubleshooting and repair of breakdowns across production and utilities.
What are we looking for?
Minimum Requirements
Industrial Electrician license (442A)5+ years of manufacturing experience in a maintenance environmentWorking knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulic systems, motors, motor control circuits, power distribution systems up to 600 VAC electrical experienceKnowledge of controls and instrumentation (Example: HMI systems, resistance temperature detectors, pressure differential transmitters, and 4-20 MA loop control systems, etc)Knowledge of industrial plant systems, equipment and operationsProficient in the use of industrial mechanics tools, electrician’s tools, instrumentation and controls tools, and rigging/millwork toolsPhysical Requirements:
Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs.) and frequent pushing/pulling (50-200 lbs.).Frequent handling/gripping/bending/stoopingAbility to work at elevated heights off a ladder or platform, climb stairs, leaning over equipmentAbility to stand and / or work on feet for extended periodsAbility to work a flexible schedule as needed to support production needs and to conduct multi-task work in a very fast paced work environmentAbility to read, write and understand EnglishPreferred Qualifications:
High speed packaging experienceAllen Bradley PLC, VFD, Kinetix drives, servo motors, etcSAP/Microsoft Office knowledgeWhat will be your Key Responsibilities?
Electrical support for a 24/7 production operationInterpret and maintain electrical schematicsIdentify, design, and implement controls improvement solutionsInterface with contractors, vendors, engineering, maintenance, and operationsPerform root cause analysis on process interruptionsWork with engineering on specific electrical and or controls projects from design to startup, including HMI and PLC programming, installation, checkout, start-up, and trainingProvide on shift – plant-wide support (including overtime coverage for vacancies) for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolution of Level I (PLC/Servos) and Level II (HMI) system related problemsTotal Rewards (Effective Day 1!)
