Pay rate = $25.00 - $27.00 per hour This is a hands-on position that requires a roll-up-the-sleeves mentality and willingness to do whatever is necessary. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years' experience, if you have worked in Assisted Living/Health Care setting even better! Must have strong skills in building systems, plumbing, electrical and/or HVAC.
