Job Responsibilities:

岗位职责：
1.负责生产线及厂务设备的异常处理，并填写好设备故障联络单
2.按计划执行预防性维护保养,并填写好每周（月）设备维护情况记录表
3.执行设备日常巡检，确保设备的安全装置完整,有效，并填写好设备日常点检清扫表
4.按计划执行预知性维护，并填写好油量，CPK,工装校正，寿命管理更换记录等表单
5.按照相关指示执行设备改造
6.协助相关人员对新设备进行调试,安装
7.协助相关人员进行应急处理
8.零配件领用并填写好零件领料单，以旧换新并对可修复旧品进行修复
9.工作区域5S执行，参与当班交接班并填写好记录
10.主动提升专业技能,接受教育训练
11.遵守公司的各项规章制度
12.完成上级安排的各项工作
任职资格：
1.至少3年设备相关维护经验
2.有一定机械及电气理论基础，能诊断修理常见的电气故障，了解AB PLC、Labview、CANoe及Siemens PLC设备；
3.能够阅读设备说明书，机械制图、气压控制系统图纸
4.有一定的分析问题和独立处理故障的能力
5.能接受倒班
