They assist with preventive maintenance tasks, equipment troubleshooting, and repair activities to minimize downtime and maintain a safe and efficient production environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or machinery. + Follow maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and manufacturer guidelines. + Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and technical issues. + Support facility maintenance activities, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs. + Assist in managing spare parts inventory. + Maintain records of maintenance activities. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent. Additional vocational training or certifications in maintenance-related fields is a plus. + Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred. Entry-level candidates are also considered. + Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems. + Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in maintenance activities. + Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations. + Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Good communication skills required. + Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and willingness to work in various weather conditions. **This position does not support immigration sponsorship.** The range for this position is ​$23.00 hourly rate - $29.00 hourly rate. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
