**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Nashville. The role involves assisting with the repair, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems, and boilers. This position requires working on the third shift, from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. **Responsibilities** + Assist in repairing, maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment, systems, and components. + Perform preventive and predictive maintenance. + Resolve safety concerns promptly. + Conduct indoor and outdoor housekeeping duties. + Monitor inventory supplies and maintain accurate maintenance records. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or the military. + Proficiency in reading maintenance literature printed in English. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Basic Microsoft Office computer skills. + Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8-hour shift. + High School Diploma or GED. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of boiler systems. + HVAC experience. + Experience and ability to perform welding activities, including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing. **Why Work Here?** This role offers a great opportunity for advancement in a smaller team environment, with ample skills development, training, and career advancement opportunities. **Work Environment** The work environment is an industrial laundry facility featuring washers, dryers, steamers, and conveyor systems.
