Job Description This role is responsible for overall maintenance and repair of equipment, tools, and machinery as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Head Mechanic. Responsibilities - Assist with the installation, adjustment, and maintenance of production equipment and specialized machinery -Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify necessary repairs, and collaborate with the Head Mechanic to determine next steps -Install and test equipment and electrical components to ensure proper operation -Carefully dismantle machinery when needed to access and replace parts, using appropriate lifting tools and safety procedures -Perform routine cleaning and lubrication of equipment to maintain optimal performance -Support additional maintenance tasks as needed to keep operations running efficiently We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
