We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and optimization of industrial equipment and systems. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and installation of electrical and mechanical components, with opportunities for growth and training. **🔧 Key Responsibilities** + Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency + Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical control systems associated with industrial machinery + Collaborate with internal maintenance teams and external engineers/integrators on equipment installation and repair + Install, program, troubleshoot, and maintain both AC and DC motor drives + Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on AC and DC motors + Utilize maintenance software and laptop interfaces to diagnose and resolve issues with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) **⚙️ Core Competencies** + Electrical systems: 3-phase power, motor controls, PLCs + Mechanical systems: gearboxes, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics + Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting techniques + Strong understanding of industrial machinery and control systems **🌟 Preferred Skills & Qualifications** + 1–2 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, or + Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role + Ability to work independently and take initiative as a self-starter + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $62000.00/yr.
