Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled maintenance technicians to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will primarily focus on mechanical maintenance, working with conveyor systems, 3-phase motors, gear boxes, and handling low voltage electrical troubleshooting. Your main responsibilities will involve troubleshooting and ensuring the continuous operation of production lines. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in conveyor systems and motors. + Conduct repairs on gear boxes and manage low voltage electrical problems. + Ensure production lines are running efficiently with minimal downtime. + Participate in a limited preventive maintenance program. + Utilize personal tools to perform maintenance tasks. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems. + Experience with repair and preventive maintenance. + Low voltage electrical troubleshooting, particularly with photo eyes and sensors. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience or trades school certificate in industrial maintenance. + Experience in repairing and troubleshooting motors and gear boxes. + Preferred experience with conveyor systems. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team that values expertise and offers a structured work schedule with three shifts available to accommodate different lifestyles. **Work Environment** The work environment is fast-paced, with shifts available around the clock: 1st Shift (6am-2:30pm), 2nd Shift (2pm-10:30pm), and 3rd Shift (11pm-7:30am). Technicians are expected to bring their own tools and dress in appropriate attire for a manufacturing setting. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
