Your work will directly impact production uptime, safety, and overall operational efficiency in a fast-paced aerospace environment. **What You’ll Be Doing:** + Perform hands-on work in multiple trades, including: + **Carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, welding, and sheet metal fabrication** + **Machine and equipment repair** 1. Conduct inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations 2. Use **hand and power tools** , as well as **blueprints, wiring diagrams, layouts, and technical drawings** 3.
