Descripcion del Puesto

Esta posición esta encargada de administrar y ejecutar el programa de Mantenimiento preventivo relacionado al equipo y maquinaria de la planta (Edificio), como del cuidado de la limpieza de la planta en general, Realización de inventarios de herramienta de sus técnicos a cargo, inventario de refacciones, soporte técnico al personal a su cargo, como la realización de actividades tales como mantenimientos preventive y correctivo de rutina del edificio. Las áreas de responsabilidad incluyen, entre otras, electricidad, hidráulica, Neumática, Pintura, Plomería, Carpintería, Calefacción, y Aire acondicionado (HVAC)

Requerimientos Basicos

· Técnico en electricidad, electromecánico, electrónica, mantenimiento industrial

· Experiencia mínima 2 – 3 años en puesto similar

· Experiencia en programas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo

· Conocimiento en electricidad, hidráulica, Neumática, Pintura, Plomería, Carpintería, Calefacción, y Aire acondicionado (HVAC).

· Comunicación excelente con todos los departamentos.

· Disponibilidad de Horario y turno.

· Autodirigido

· Trabajo en equipo.

· Organizado

Requerimientos Deseables

· Liderazgo

· Conocimiento de las Normas de la STPS que apliquen al Departamento.

· Enfocado en resultados

· Preferente: Conocimiento del NOMS aplicables al departamento de edificio.

· Certificaciones oficiales en Electricidad, refrigeración neumática e hidráulica.

· Habilidad y conocimiento en Office, AutoCAD y otros programas computacionales (Deseable)

Onsite Work Arrangement:

This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
