What We Offer: Pay of $25–$30 per hour based on experience Monday – Thursday | 6:00 – 4:00 PM & Friday | 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM Direct-hire opportunity Health benefits and 401(k) with matching Paid time off (PTO) Dental insurance Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or equivalent (technical school preferred) 5+ years of experience in maintenance or construction 2+ years in a manufacturing plant environment Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls aptitude Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and drawings Experience with forklifts and working at elevated heights Basic computer skills Physical ability to lift heavy materials (up to 125 lbs) and wear PPE Must pass a physical exam per OSHA 1910.134 Strong communication skills and ability to work independently What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Technician: Maintain and repair plant equipment, including pumps, HVAC, electrical, welding, and carpentry Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machinery Install piping, controls, and electrical components Use forklifts to transport materials and access elevated work areas Ensure safe work practices and compliance with OSHA standards Keep detailed maintenance records and reports Support safety policies and maintain a clean, organized facility Perform other related duties as assigned
