Our client, a leading player in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Montebello, CA

Pay Range: $25-$34/hr

Shift: M-F (7:00 AM to 4:30 PM), Saturdays and Sundays as needed

What's the Job?

Ensure equipment is available and operational to meet production goals. Troubleshoot and repair existing plant equipment, as well as install new equipment. Perform maintenance tasks using various hand tools and power tools. Contribute to plant-wide safety and quality programs. Assist in urgent work orders and special projects as required.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED. At least 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex maintenance issues. Mechanical repair and general welding skills. Basic computer skills and ability to use SAP and CMMS.
