Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Technician with experience in facility maintenance within a manufacturing environment to perform diverse duties including equipment installation, troubleshooting, and repair.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years facility maintenance experience in manufacturing Ability to lift 75 lbs Forklift and scissors lift operation & maintenance HVAC knowledge Mig & tig welding skills Knowledge of hydraulics-pumps & gears, boilers, plumbing Familiarity with CMMS-Fiix

Preferred Skills:

General wiring and conduit knowledge in VAC systems (110, 240, and 480) Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC knowledge

Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain production/facility equipment Perform mechanical skills including electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting/repair Assist in diagnosing problems and repairing/replacing parts Conduct plumbing maintenance and carpentry tasks Maintain compressed air systems Operate high pressure steam boiler systems Execute grounds maintenance tasks (mowing, planting) Address work order items per Priority Method

Pay Details: $27.00 to $31.00 per hour
