Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our advanced manufacturing equipment. This role involves completing assigned maintenance tasks safely and efficiently while coordinating with production schedules and department supervisors.

ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced manufacturing systems, including robotics, PLCs, and pneumatic/hydraulic equipment.Perform regular inspections, repairs, and replacements of machinery and production equipment.Work in a temperature-controlled environment (typically 45°F), with occasional tasks in conditions ranging from -5°F to 100°F, both indoors and outdoors.Maintain high standards of safety and reliability, including consistent attendance and availability for overtime as needed.Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions for mechanical and electrical issues.Essential SkillsElectrical maintenanceTroubleshooting skillsHydraulicsPneumaticsRepair and preventive maintenanceAbility to read and understand schematicsHVAC systemsPLC troubleshooting and controlKnowledge of 3-phase motorsIndustrial maintenanceMechanical skillsAdditional Skills & Qualifications3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferredTraining in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S is a plusProficiency in electrical systems, plumbing, and weldingExperience with diagnostics, tube bending, and pipe threading
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
