Job Description Summary:

This position is responsible for assigning job tasks, scheduling of planned work orders, project managers and provide direction for the maintenance technicians. You’ll lead and motivate team members in continuous improvement efforts regarding safety, quality and increased productivity. We’re looking for a candidate with manufacturing experience that has a passion for details and ensure quality work and products.
What You’ll Do for Us
· Perform maintenance activities for assigned shift such as preventative maintenance activities, repair work orders, and other maintenance assignments.
· Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance systems for all production equipment and/or batching/processing equipment, including audits/verification of execution of predictive and preventative maintenance practices for all production equipment and systematic preventative maintenance, including electrical or mechanical adjustments, inspections, and minor repairs.
· Act as a resource for mechanics in identification and correction of potential equipment problems and troubleshooting and maintaining production lines and/or batching/processing equipment.
· Properly perform all necessary maintenance tasks to production lines such as equipment troubleshooting, valve repairs, solenoid selection, and mechanical adjustments, etc.).
· Maintain accurate records and logs as required.
· Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in the execution of the work schedule. Ensures the area is maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion.
· Work directly with cross-departmental personnel and management to problem-solve to ensure maximum production efficiencies.
· Comply with all standard safety practices, safety rules, Lock out-Tag out, and all Company rules and policies.
· Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment including immediately correcting or reporting safety issues to your supervisor.
· Perform quality checks and accurate quality documentation as required.
· Read, understand, and comply with standard operating procedures and Safety Data Sheets.
· Able to explain and demonstrate job tasks to all internal and external visitors.
· Use computer and associated software to troubleshoot and correct equipment issues.
· Actively assist with storeroom staff for tracking work orders, parts, and purchase requisitions.
· Identify and assist in the implementation of projects as required.
Qualification & Requirements
· Must possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent
· 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
· 2 years of equipment reliability experience
· Maintenance experience may include hydraulics, controls, electrical, mechanical, welding, electrical, PLC’s, and pneumatics.
· Ability to troubleshoot maintenance-related problems, read diagrams, blueprints and schematics.
· Must be certified on the training plan for this position within 180 days of start date.
· The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to work on multiple levels, such as catwalks, ladders, as well as the ability to work in extreme temperatures is required.
· Ideal candidate will possess working knowledge of data network, switches, routers, servers, and I/O configurations.
· Must be able to work flexible shift schedules up to 12-hour shifts as determined by business need.
· Must be able to use a computer and associated software programs.
· Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under stressful situations.

· Ability to possess a RETA ammonia CARO or CIRO certification is a plus.
· Must possess a valid driver's license and have experience operating power industrial equipment such as forklift.
· Must be able to understand and use Safety Data Sheet, and preventive maintenance documentation.
· Must be able to use a computer and associated software programs such as (CMMS- “SOMAX”).

Pay Range:
$62,700 - $84,800Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
