This is a temp-to-hire opportunity—meaning we’re looking for someone who wants to grow into a permanent role and become a key player in daily production success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plastic manufacturing equipment and machineryPerform routine preventive maintenance to avoid production downtimeInspect mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsMaintain a clean and organized maintenance shopDocument repairs and report any recurring issues to supervisorsCollaborate with production staff to ensure machines are running safely and efficiently

Work Experience
2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferredWorking knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systemsAbility to read technical manuals and schematicsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and safetyWillingness to learn and take initiative
