Maintenance Technician

**Job Summary:**
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of preventative and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of equipment, machinery, and facilities. This role requires hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance to support operational efficiency and safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
+ Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
+ Ensure all equipment and facilities are in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.
+ Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations.
+ Assist in installing new machinery or equipment as needed.
+ Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and maintenance supplies.
+ Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
+ Support emergency repairs and participate in on-call rotation if required.
**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
