Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 to $23.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30am)General maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. equipment uptime, preventive and reactive maintenance, identifying abnormal conditions, and participating in continuous improvement activities. responsible for maintaining workplace organization. As part of the overall Production Team, work cross-functionally with his/her production peers to develop and drive lean operational initiatives that are designed to address strategic and tactical equipment objectives
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
• Minimum 3+ years in machining &/or manufacturing maintenance environment. • Strong mechanical background • Experience with electrical, hydraulics, HVAC, metal fabrication, welding, and industrial equipment required. • Exceptional troubleshooting and corrective maintenance experience. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and maintenance applications. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally. • Documented equivalent work experience, High School diploma required.
