All Juice, a leader in the Foods Industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting various maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Hendersonville, NC

Pay Range: Starting $24.00-29.00 DOE

Shift: 1st, but when needed on other

What's the Job?

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including 480V 3-phase power Work on high-speed production equipment: cappers, fillers, labelers, bottling lines Cleans, lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery. Diagnose and fix issues with sensors, photo eyes, VFDs, and motor drives Conducts preventative maintenance on a bi-weekly and annual basis or per Preventive Maintenance program

What's Needed?

2+ years industrial maintenance experience required Familiarity with food/beverage production equipment Strong mental reasoning, written and oral communication skills, and simple math skills required. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to perform physical requirements exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly
