**Date Posted:** 2025-07-11 **Country:** Singapore **Location:** 5 Tuas Drive 2, Singapore **Position Role Type:** Unspecified **What You Will Do** + Perform maintenance and repair work on plant machinery and facility equipment. + Troubleshoot and isolate electrical and mechanical faults. + Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility systems. + Liaise with vendors and contractors for machine spare parts and ensure sufficient stock of critical spares. + Respond promptly to machine recovery call-backs, including outside regular hours if required. + Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance equipment performance. + Propose and implement modifications to improve machine functionality. + Interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately. + Record and update daily work activities using the CMMS system. + Support and participate in EH&S, Quality & Continuous Improvement (CORE) activities. + Carry out any other duties as assigned **Qualifications You Must Have** + NITEC in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines. + 2 years of relevant experience in the maintenance and repair of machineries. + Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedures (SOP). + Comfortable with hands-on work to operate with equipment, tools, and machines. + A good team player who possesses high initiative and energy. + Willing to work on rotating shift and overtime on need basis. **Qualifications We Prefer** + Experience in TPM, PLC and automation with an Electrical license is preferred. + Familiar with workshop equipment such as Plasma, Vacuum furnace, CMMs, CNC machines, Welding system and NDT tools. **What We Offer** + Career and skills development opportunities. + Employee scholarship program for further education. + Comprehensive health, medical and dental benefits. + On-the-job training and in-house/external certifications. + Competitive renumeration package. + Allowance and overtime benefits where appliable. + Company transport provided. _RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
