**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled maintenance technicians to uphold and repair high-quality stainless steel food processing machinery. Our equipment serves numerous companies and primarily supports businesses like Little Caesars, Costco, and Pizza Hut. The role encompasses repairing and replacing gearboxes, motors, belts, sensors, and transmitters; conducting mechanical and preventative maintenance on a daily and weekly basis; understanding schematics and hydraulic systems; troubleshooting hydraulics and electrical components up to 480 volts; repairing VFDs; and possessing a varied knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs. **Responsibilities** + Maintain high-quality stainless steel food processing machinery. + Repair and replace gearboxes, motors, belts, sensors, and transmitters. + Conduct mechanical maintenance and preventative maintenance on daily and weekly schedules. + Understand schematics and hydraulic systems; troubleshoot hydraulic issues. + Apply electrical knowledge to troubleshoot components up to 480 volts. + Repair VFDs and have a varied knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical troubleshooting skills. + Ability to repair VFDs and replace belts, motors, and gearboxes. + Electrical troubleshooting skills up to 480 volts. + Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with PLC troubleshooting. + Electrical experience. + Knowledge of Allen Bradley systems. + Understanding of Ladder logic. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that offers direct hire opportunities with structured pay raises, generous shift premiums, and annual cost of living adjustments. Experience a clean facility with equipment installed in 2022, operating in a mild climate that varies from hot in some areas to cold and climate-controlled in others. Shifts are on a bi-weekly rotating schedule with the possibility of a four-day weekend every other week, including 1st shift from 6:00am - 4:00pm, 2nd shift from 2:00pm - 12:00am, and 3rd shift from 10:00pm - 8:00am. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $69992.00 - $79040.00/yr. - Direct Hire - Starting Pay: $33.66, after 6 months it's an automatic raise to $35.66 - Shift premium - $2.00 dollar an hour on 2nd and 3rd shift - Every year there is a COLA in April – 2.8-4% - Bluecross Blueshield a.
