About The Job - Performs a wide variety of manual maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, moving furniture and office equipment, grass cutting, and special cleaning tasks throughout the Bank. + Facility maintenance (interior and exterior) at all banking centers including but not limited to painting, window washing, furniture repair, simple plumbing and electrical tasks, etc. + Maintain all office location sidewalks (i.e. sweep, hose off, remove snow as outlined by supervisor). + Oversee customer and employee parking lots at assigned offices. + Assist in clearing snow from exterior walkways at various bank locations. + Keep maintenance truck in good working order. + Mow grass at assigned banking centers. Water and maintain lawn, shrubs, and flower areas at assigned banking centers. Fertilize lawns. + Replace all filters at all locations on a scheduled basis. + Serve as a replacement bank courier in his/her absence (emergency only). + Delivers supplies as needed. + Maintain a list of signs and locations.
