Responsibilities:Perform regular custodial duties around the property.Keep common areas clean, vacuum mopped & dustedPicking up trash around dumpsters & propertyLandscaping, trimming, pruning, wateringAssist in preparation of make-ready unitsOperate a blower, floor cleaner, carpet cleaner
Qualifications and Requirements:At least 1 year of experience or equivalent experienceGeneral knowledge in various skills, construction, drywall etcValid drivers licensePool experience, chemicals and basic care

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
