A maintenance technician is responsible for performing a variety of routine maintenance tasks, handling work orders and preventive maintenance, and communicating issues with managers.

What Success Looks Like:

Performs general maintenance of all equipment. Diagnoses and repairs electrical distribution equipment, including transformers, motors, and breakers Develops and maintains written documentation. Diagnose and repair electrical distribution equipment, including transformers, motors, and breakers. Replaces generators, motors, and controllers. Assists in maintaining an inventory of spare parts and equipment. Responds to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner. Perform all tasks in a safe manner, wearing required PPE.

Your Credentials:

High school diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years’ experience. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Strong mechanical ability and electrical systems knowledge and repair Experience working in/supporting a manufacturing organization.
