Currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Ankeny, Iowa. This role ensures safe, clean, and compliant environments across rehabilitation programs for individuals with brain injuries and other neurological conditions. Candidates must have facility maintenance experience and strong teamwork skills. Position Highlights: + Schedule: Monday-Friday between 7:00am-5:00pm + Hours: 40/week + Location: Outpatient Clinic & New Horizon's (Ankeny, IA) Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician: + Perform maintenance tasks across indoor, outdoor, and vehicle-related systems. + Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (SDS, OSHA, Safety committee). + Assist with surveys, documentation, and plans of correction as needed. + Support multiple departments by leading through communication, teamwork, and example.
