Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in Indianapolis, IN.  This is a second shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30-32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:         

Report and take direction from maintenance supervisor Perform mechanical preventative maintenance Repair building alterations Monitor building automation systems for all building authority Repair various types of HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment and all plumbing systems Repair smoke and fire evacuation systems including; dampers, fusible links, activators and controls Perform other related tasks assigned 

 

Requirements Must be able to pass a background check Must be familiar with equipment and tools EPA Certification High school diploma Must have valid IN Drivers License Must have previous experience with pneumatic and electronic controlsAbility to work from ladders, lifts and platforms at various heights Previous experience and working knowledge with building automation systems Company Details
