Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and troubleshooting on aerospace production machinery and take on various facilities duties throughout the facility. This role involves ensuring optimal operation of machinery and maintaining the facility's infrastructure.
ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and reactive maintenance on aerospace production machinery.Troubleshoot electrical issues and repair machinery as needed.Conduct facilities maintenance, including painting, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, and electrical work.Ensure the operational efficiency of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Collaborate with the team to ensure the safety and functionality of the production environment.Essential SkillsProficiency in preventive and reactive maintenance.Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.Experience with facilities maintenance, including painting, HVAC, plumbing, and drywall.Knowledge of machinery maintenance, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Aerospace experience is preferred.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with first article inspection.Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This mid-sized aerospace company provides a collaborative and friendly work environment with many tenured employees. We offer flexible shifts, including 1st shift from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, and 2nd shift from 4:00 pm - 2:30 am. Candidates should be comfortable with occasional work on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valencia, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
