Realizar mantenimiento preventivo programado e inspecciones en máquinas CNC, hornos de tratamiento térmico y otros equipos de las instalaciones. Diagnosticar y reparar problemas mecánicos, eléctricos e hidráulicos rápidamente para minimizar las interrupciones de producción. Colaborar con los equipos de producción para identificar y resolver desafíos relacionados con los equipos. Documentar las actividades de mantenimiento y mantener registros precisos para auditorías e información operativa. Apoya todos los programas de mantenimiento para mejorar el rendimiento de las máquinas. Identifica y sugiere cambios de diseño para prolongar la vida útil de los equipos, reducir costos, aumentar la eficiencia de la producción y mejorar la calidad del producto. Background & Skills

Carrera técnica o universitaria en mecánica, mantenimiento o afín. 3 años de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial Inglés básico Lectura de diagramas eléctricos, neumáticos e hidráulicos Conocimiento en máquinas CNC ( Deseable) Manejo de PLC (Allen bradley) Conocimiento de sensores ( Magneticos, Inductivos y capacitivos) Uso de herramientas de medición ( Amperímetro, multímetro e indicador de caratula) Conocimientos de sistemas mecánicos: validación de holguras, alineaciones en conjuntos mecánicos (Deseable) Conocimiento de motores corriente directa y alterna Conocimiento de Robots Fanuc ( Deseable) Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow
