Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping production moving? We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and keep our fast-paced facility running at peak performance.

As a vital part of our growing team, you’ll maintain and repair production machinery and building equipment, with a focus on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. If you have strong electrical troubleshooting skills and can work independently—or step in to lead when needed—we want to meet you!

What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:

Diagnose and repair machines and systems (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic)Move and install machines per detailed layouts and blueprintsImplement maintenance programs to optimize performance and minimize downtimeMaintain HVAC and air compressor systemsSupport preventative maintenance (PM) planning and executionEnsure all work meets OSHA safety standardsKeep the work environment clean, organized, and safe

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

5+ years of hands-on equipment maintenance experienceStrong knowledge of motors, PLCs, servo drives, encoders, and related systemsAbility to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manualsSkilled with tools of the trade—hand tools, meters, welding equipment, forklifts, and moreCapable of communicating clearly in English (Spanish a plus!)Comfortable working independently and occasionally stepping into a leadership role
