**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Observe and keep proper record on the daily operations status for the facilities, and analyse the issues been found. + Daily routine maintenance to the facilities. + Equipment verification, calculating on the GR&R, CPK and etc. + Assist engineers to follow-up on the repairing processing, and give vital improvement advises. + Improve the stability and reliability of the facilities, and improve on the MTBF and MTTR to improve the production efficiency. + Fulfill the shift requirements. + Other assignments from the leadership. **Who You Are:** + You readily action new challenges, without unnecessary planning.
