Your responsibilities will include:

Providing full maintenance repair and breakdown support for assigned machines, including availability for occasional call-in support.Ensuring the continuous operation of specified machines and all components while maintaining specified production standards.Initiating and completing checklists for verification on assigned machines.Printing and addressing exception reports.Promptly repairing any machine breakdowns as they occur.Performing required maintenance during machine overhauls.Ordering necessary parts to ensure the full maintenance of equipment.Performing machine settings according to provided specifications.Thoroughly inspecting all parts and performing necessary repairs or replacements.Conducting preventive maintenance as scheduled.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date maintenance records.Following up on any quality issues related to machine performance.Immediately reporting any unsafe conditions or practices to management.Adhering to all safety guidelines, including strict adherence to lock out/tag out procedures.Performing any other duties as assigned by management.Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards in the work area.Assisting in the start-up and shutdown procedures of machines.
