Job Description

You will report to the MAINTENANCE TEAM SUPERVISOR

You Responsibilities :

Ensure the continuity of operation of machines and production linesManage preventive inspections of machines according to scheduleRepair machines and remove current failuresKnowledge of mechanics and pneumaticsDiagnose, remove, and analyze machine failures based on PLC code analysis and knowledge of industrial automation systems (inverters, servo drives, pneumatics)Implement improvements aimed at improving the capacity of production processesMaintaining documentation related to repairs and inspections performedPrepare data needed to order spare parts

The Essentials - You Will Have:5+ years of experience in related roleTechnical education, preferred fields: mechanic, electromechanic, automationPractical technical knowledge in the field of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics and control systemsPractical knowledge of programming in ladder language (others will be an additional asset)Practical knowledge of configuring vision systemsPractical knowledge of operating and programming industrial robotsPractical knowledge of automation and electropneumatics on production linesRead technical drawings, electrical diagramsNo contraindications to work at heightsQualifications to operate mobile platforms are welcomeSEP qualifications are welcomeGood organization of own workReadiness to work in a 3-shift systemTeamwork skills
