Here is what you can expect:
You’ll assist with preventive and predictive maintenance on facility equipment, including high voltage test equipment and systems through use of hand, pneumatic, and power tools to ensure minimal disruptions to the business.Assist with the maintenance of equipment, parts, and supplies inventory.Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends related to mechanical maintenance.Record and process daily and weekly findings of maintenance duties on machine maintenance log.Assist with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies that oversee employee safety compliance.Identify root cause of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, using precision measuring and testing instruments.Assists with general facility maintenance, including emergency situations that may arise, including issues with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systemsMaintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.What you need to apply:
High School degree or equivalent required, Associate degree preferredStable work history1-3 years of service and maintenance of electric industrial machinery and other equipment and systems.1 year of facility repair and maintenance in manufacturing or production environment required.1 year of handling high voltage test equipment, 2 years preferred.Proficiency in mechanical calibration standards and methods.Maintains technical knowledge on industry relevant standards by attending educational workshops and reviewing technical publicationsAbility to work from sketches, drawing and blueprintsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to use heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts, etc.), climb ladders and use hand toolsDrivers’ license and clean driving record
