Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully with the organization.

Pay Range: $30 - $35/hr

What's the Job?

Ensure all production machinery operates at peak efficiency through regular maintenance and repairs. Conduct safety audits and inspections to promote a safe and healthy work environment. Implement strategies for equipment maintenance and reliability to minimize downtime. Mentor and train team members on proactive equipment care and routine checks. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and adhere to manufacturer recommended schedules.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED; Technical Training Certificate preferred. Minimum of 2 years of production or manufacturing experience. Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Exceptional work ethic and time management skills. Basic understanding of electrical systems and ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
