Your Role
The Maintenance Technician 2 will support the Sheboygan Falls site by performing multi-skilled maintenance and repair on equipment, facilities, and utility systems to ensure optimal site operation. Core responsibilities include the following:
Execute corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance work orders across the siteOperate, troubleshoot, and repair boilers, chillers, HVAC, and air handling systemsTroubleshoot and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and EHS systemsChampion site safety by identifying and reporting potential hazardsDirect contractors and other technicians to complete assigned workParticipate in the on-call program for after-hours, weekend, and holiday dutiesRead, interpret, and redline technical drawings and schematicsTroubleshoot electrical systems, including VFDs, controls, and instrumentationUtilize CMMS, MS Office, and other PC software effectivelyOperate forklifts, man lifts, power tools, and standard shop equipmentUse precision measuring equipment to diagnose issues and identify partsApply the Management of Change (MOC) process and good documentation practicesGenerate and implement solutions for process improvementResolve problems by analyzing alternatives and evaluating risks
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma 3+ years hands on maintenance experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree in applicable field1+ year of CMMS Systems experienceKnowledge of LEAN and 6S conceptsHVAC and certification experienceBoiler Maintenance & Operation licenses/certificationsExperience conducting instrumentation calibration
