**Maintenance Technician 1** As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring machinery runs at its best by performing preventive, corrective, and complex repairs—directly driving equipment optimization and production efficiency. **Your role:** + Carries out 1st line repairs (curative maintenance) on a limited number of machines in one field of work. + Apply corrective repair to resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding electrical, or PLC related issues. + Assure compliance with appropriate Environmental, Health and Safety practicesGives support in product and process renewal. + Advises and coaches coworkers. + Provide day-to-day tasks in support of Manufacturing Engineer or Manager. + Troubleshoot technical issues to determine root cause of malfunction. Create and/or Improve documentation related to maintenance procedures **You're the right fit if:** + High school diploma (minimum 9th grade). + Technical training as an Electronics, Electromechanical, or Electrical Technician (or equivalent). + 0–2 years of relevant experience; basic English skills required. + Proficient computer skills, especially in Word and Excel. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This role is an onsite role.
