工作职责：

1.遵守公司的各项规章制度，执行国家和公司的安全规程。
2.完成公司要求的所有培训项目。
3.对生产线上的操作工进行简单的维修培训，使操作工能够完成TPM要求的检查内容。
4.完成5S、TPM等要求的工作。
5.根据PM（预防性维修）检查内容对设备部件进行维护和更换，对设备精度按照要求进行调整。
6.根据设备图纸和文件对设备故障进行分析、维修和维护，保证有故障的设备在最短时间内达到正常的生产状态。
7.对替换下的备件进行判断及修复，对不能修复的要及时汇报给工程师，以节约备件费用。
8.根据工程师的要求对设备进行升级或改造，使之实现生产和安全的要求。
9.主动寻找和发现设备隐患，并且实施整改行动。
10.定期对设备的校准点进行校正，对不合格的校准点进行校验修复。
11.根据设备运行状态对设备参数进行判断问题，并能进行参数优化时设备达到正常生产的要求
12.指导本区域H5员工工作和培训
13.能解决日常的（非电脑程序问题）设备故障，使设备正常运行。
14.能主导一个区域的维修工作（OPM、PM、EM），以及与生产现场的协调。

任职要求：

1.机械、电气或自控相关专业，大专及其以上学历最佳。

2. 有设备维修工作经验为佳。

3. 具有相关的合格职业资格证书为优。

4. 具备基础的专业英语。

5. 具备设备维护所需要的机械、低压电气设备基本经验。
