We’re growing and we’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is focused primarily on electrical systems and material handling equipment (MHE), including forklift maintenance. If you have a background in electrical or HVAC work and experience maintaining industrial equipment, this could be the right opportunity for you. **What You’ll Do** + Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair **electrical systems** , motors, wiring, and electronic components of machinery and equipment in compliance with codes and safety standards. + Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on **MHE** (conveyors, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.), as well as warehouse infrastructure. + Complete work orders and record all tasks in the **computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)** . + Conduct inspections and testing of systems, reporting findings and maintenance updates to leadership daily. + Support safe operations by adhering to all company and regulatory safety policies. + Assist with other duties as assigned. **What We’re Looking For** + **3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience** in warehouse, processing, or manufacturing environments (MHE/electrical experience preferred). + Experience with **electrical systems, HVAC, pneumatics, hydraulics, or forklifts** . + Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical/electrical systems. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical results to non-technical audiences. + Comfortable working in various environments – from **-20°F in cold storage** to **100°F in dry storage** (with PPE provided). + Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends, as needed. + Ability to lift at least **40 lbs** and work at heights when required. **Why Join Us** + Competitive pay starting at **$28–$32.45/hr** + Opportunity to grow your skills with **material handling and electrical systems** + Be part of a growing team with opportunities for advancement Why Lineage?
