Requirements: + High School Diploma or GED equivalent + 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting + Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex machinery and building fixtures · Strong knowledge of machine tools, plant equipment, and special fixtures · Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents · Familiarity with troubleshooting logic, including relays, directional control valves, and automated sequences · Understanding and application of Ohm’s Law for advanced troubleshooting · Highly organized with excellent documentation and archiving skills · Eagerness to grow and develop within the role · Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
