Job Description

As a Maintenance Tech II, the Teammate will maintain and repair production machinery, equipment, and facility systems. Perform preventive maintenance, welding, fabrication, and assists with installations and repairs to ensure efficient operations.

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on machinery and facility equipment.Read schematics, perform shaft/key work, sprocket broaching, gearhead changes, welding, and hydraulic hose fabrication.Assist with equipment setup, teardown, and installations.Fabricate and repair plant parts/equipment as needed.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Train lower-level maintenance staff as required.

Work Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent (2-year technical degree preferred).3–5 years of related maintenance experience.Ability to perform all Maintenance Tech I duties.Basic to advanced electrical skills (use of meters, schematic reading, troubleshooting single/three-phase wiring).Knowledge of PLC software with ability to perform minor program adjustments.Welding, fabrication, machining, and general building maintenance skills.Arc Flash training.Forklift license eligibility.SAP Maintenance Module and basic computer skills.Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs.
