General Summary:
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II with hands-on experience in general building maintenance, ideally within commercial environments. This role involves performing a wide range of interior and exterior repairs to ensure the functionality, safety, and appearance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks including drywall repair, painting, plumbing fixture installation and repair, and drain snaking.Reconfigure and repair suspended ceilings, install and repair flooring, adjust doors, and perform minor cabinetry repairs.Mount items securely on walls and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.Operate a variety of hand and power tools with proficiency.Utilize basic computer skills to navigate internal systems and complete work orders.Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for after-hours support.Use a personal vehicle for daily assignments (must have a clean DMV record).Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.• 2+ years of Maintenance Technician or related work experience.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in general maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting.Strong proficiency with hand and power tools.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret building blueprints.Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.Additional Information:

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$22.38 - $33.58The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
