Maintenance Tech - Full Time - Woodland Village
**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** **Woodland Village** **is seeking a ** **Maintenance Tech ** **for its community in Brighton, MI!** **Full Time: 8:30am-4:30pm** **General Responsibilities:** + To maintain the grounds, community, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, policies and procedures + Receive and follow maintenance schedule/instructions as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures. + General maintenance throughout community may include: basic plumbing (installing faucets, repairs, drains, etc), basic electrical, HVAC, perform repair on community equipment and kitchen equipment. + Painting and refinish of furniture and fixtures as assigned. Floor Care including vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing and disinfecting, etc. Calibrate thermostats and other minor pneumatic equipment and repairs.
