Job Description 

Production Maintenance: Troubleshooting / repairing complex production operating systems. Technicians work on both electrical and mechanical systems (Testers, Robotics, Pneumatics, etc.). Extensive Electronics and PLC troubleshooting /programming as well as mechanical overhaul and adjustment of machinery. Daily and preventative maintenance on automated equipment. Knowledge of control wiring, strong computer skills and project management skills preferred

 

Requirements:

 

2-6+ yrs, experience/education/training in industrial maintenance or technically relative field.  1+ years demonstrated abilities troubleshooting, modifying, repairing and performing preventive maintenance on automated industrial equipment.  Demonstrated cross-functional experience/skills: PLC, HMI,  Ladder Logic,  Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic , Pneumatic systems. Must have knowledge of basic electronics theory and some practical experience Should have a demonstrated ability to plan/prioritize work.  PC skills- MS excel/word, hardware, windows operations.    Must not be color-blind.    Must be able to work at heights of 20 ft on ladder/lifts Must be able to travel (may include Japan) Must be proficient in all major categories of Facilities maintenance. (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, low and medium voltage power distribution, steam, pneumatics and construction)  Reads and interprets diagrams, drawings, specifications, and instructions to perform maintenance and repair work. Uses full range of measuring, gauging, analysis, machine and hand tools to perform maintenance work. Perform preventative, predictive, corrective and breakdown maintenance.  Modification and fabrication activities related to maintenance. Maintains clean and safe working environment in line with company standards or policies. Working outside the plant in extreme conditions
