Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **JOB DUTIES** **岗位职责** **:** 1. 对厂务人员的安全进行监督及审核，保证操作及维修处于安全的工作状态。 2. 熟悉设备运行情况，使其处于安全、良好的运行状态。 3. 及时发现设备运行异常，并能够快速分析、判断设备运行异常的根本原因。 4. 在保障维修质量的前提下，带领团队成员快速响应及处理设备故障。 5. 按照PM计划提前编排人员、审核工具备件及安全措施等准备工作，跟踪完成质量。 6. 工作中及时发现能耗异常，分析并解决问题。同时寻求节能降耗的机会。 7. 能够根据设备状态及故障分析提出预见性维修方案和设备缺陷改进方案并执行。 8. 负责人员的排班及绩效考核项日常统计。 9. 负责管理设备备品，备件，每月进行盘点，并提出优化建议。 10. 负责检查各责任区和维修现场5S，并跟踪相应改进。 11. 负责团队培训计划落实，带领团队持续学习设备维修知识和提高维修技能。 12. 严格执行公司制度，维修流程。 13. 执行部门安排的其他工作。 **JOB QUALIFICATIONS** **任职资格** **:** 1. 电工上岗资格证 2. 良好的分析判断能力。 3. 良好的身体和心里素质。 4. 良好的适应及学习能力。 **Education & Experience** **教育和工作经验：** 1. 中专或同等学历以上。 2. 3年以上厂务设备维修经验 **Skills** **技能：** 1. 设备电气 知识与测量仪表的使用。 2. 维修工具的正确使用。 3. 熟练阅读，理解电气图纸和相关标准。 4. 熟悉电气维修规范。 5. 具有一定的维修钳工基础。 6. 熟悉空压机、水泵及空调系统的维修技能。 **Posting Dates:** 四月 25, 2025 - 五月 13, 2025 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).
