Join a dynamic team supporting critical maintenance operations within a high-performing industrial environment. As the Maintenance Support Coordinator, you’ll ensure smooth delivery of services such as waste disposal, crane hire, utilities and more—playing a key role in enabling safe, efficient, and on-time maintenance execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate support services such as waste disposal, utilities, and crane hire to meet maintenance and subcontractor needsMaintain strong safety practices and ensure compliance with environmental standardsRaise and manage purchase orders and internal requisition requestsTrack project finances, maintain the Project Financial Register, and provide updates to stakeholdersLiaise with supply chain, purchasing, and maintenance teams to align on procurement mattersSupport continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean systems and process optimisationAssist with documentation, including preparation and delivery of OQE artefactsYour Skills:
Qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, trades, or equivalent industry experienceValid driver’s licence and a safety-first mindset, including EWP awarenessExcellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levelsConfident with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and OutlookExperience providing admin support in engineering, manufacturing, or similar environmentsWell-organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesIndustry experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, heavy engineering, or civil construction (highly regarded)WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY
